Every Functional Testing journey at Med Spa SLO begins with a personalized consultation so we understand your goals and concerns. For nutrient testing, we take a sample of your blood and send it to the lab, where they run the test to identify your deficiencies. You will receive your results in about 10 days, at which point they have been reviewed by our Medical Director, and you will then be scheduled for a 30 minute one-on-one consultation with recommendations and next steps. We take a sample of your blood and send it in to the lab where they run the test to see what your deficiencies are.
Once the tests are run you will get a report on the levels of everything in your body and a pack of the nutrients your body needs. They are packaged in individual daily doses so they are great for on the go and every day busy schedules.
You will receive your results in 10 days, at which point they have been reviewed by our Medical Director. You will then be scheduled for a 30 minute one-on-one consultation with recommendations and next steps.
Every person varies in how they absorb and utilize nutrients, so this service can reveal what your body needs that you are not getting in your diet or that you may need more of.
There is no downtime with functional testing. A blood sample or a 35 second Styku scan is quick and non-invasive, so you can return to your normal day right away and simply wait for your results and consultation.
